1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of sketchbookmethod.com (the "Site") and to every purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by The 90-Day Sketchbook Method ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund policy and our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site runs on Shopify. Payments are handled by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.

2. What you are buying

We sell digital products: printable PDF drawing workbooks, practice sheets, cards and related files ("Products"). Nothing is shipped. After payment, you receive a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. Product descriptions, page counts and previews on the Site describe what is included. Results depend on your own practice, and we don't promise any particular level of drawing skill.

3. Your licence to use the files

When you buy a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print and use it for your own learning and household use. You may print as many copies as you need for yourself.

You may not:

• share, resell, sublicense, upload or distribute the files, or links to them, to anyone else, whether for free or paid;
• post the files or substantial parts of them on websites, file-sharing services, social groups or marketplaces;
• use the files to teach paid classes or include them in products of your own without our written permission.

You are welcome to share photos of your own finished drawings, including drawings made with our pages. All rights in the Products, the Site and the 90-Day Sketchbook Method name and logo remain ours.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars, or in your local currency where available. Taxes are calculated at checkout where they apply. We may change prices at any time, but a change won't affect an order you have already paid for. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Delivery and access

Downloads are delivered digitally, usually right after payment. Please download and save your files to your own device. We keep your download links working for a reasonable time, and if you lose access, email us and we'll send them again. See our Shipping policy for details.

6. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Every purchase is covered by our 30-day guarantee: do the first 30 days, and if you see no difference, you get a full refund. The full conditions are in our Refund policy.

If you live in the EU or UK: because the Products are digital content, by completing your purchase you ask us to make the files available immediately and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once delivery begins. Our 30-day guarantee still applies to you in full.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

7. Using the Site

Please don't misuse the Site. That includes trying to break its security, scraping it, interfering with other customers, or using it for anything unlawful. We may refuse or cancel orders, or block access, where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms.

8. Emails

We send emails about your order. If you sign up for the free sample or tick the marketing box at checkout, we may also send lessons, tips and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

9. Disclaimers

The Products are educational materials. They are provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows, we don't give warranties beyond those described on the Site and in these Terms. Please use art supplies safely and keep them away from young children.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, except where the consumer law of the country you live in gives you rights that can't be overridden.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
